George Pierson has been an active participant in the boards of several global infrastructure-related firms, including:

Kleinfelder (September 2016–Present)

Headquartered in the U.S., with operations in Canada and Australia, Kleinfelder is an international engineering , consulting and construction services firm providing solutions to both private and public infrastructure clients. From September 2016 to October 2019, George served as CEO of Kleinfelder and now is Executive Chairman of the company.

Petrofac (May 2016–Present)

Traded on the FTSE, Petrofac is a leading international service provider to the oil and gas production and processing industry, helping clients unlock the full value of their energy assets. George is a member of the Petrofac Board of Directors Audit and Nominations Committees, as well as Chair of the Compliance and Ethics Committee

Terracon (January 2016–August 2016)

U.S.-based Terracon currently has 4,500 employees in more than 150 offices providing consulting engineering services throughout the U.S. and via partnerships with companies abroad. This 100% employee-owned company has been in business since 1965.

RailWorks Corporation (January 2016–August 2016)

Founded in 1998, RailWorks Corporation a leading provider of track, transit and rail system services in the U.S. and Canada. The firm comprises PNR RailWorks, L.K. Comstock, and NARSTCO, serving industrial client and commuter and light rail systems.

WSP Global (November 2014–August 2016)

WSP is a global provider of engineering services with 50,000 employees. George became a member of its board of directors following the acquisition of Parsons Brinckerhoff, of which he was the CEO. He stepped down from WSP’s board prior to joining Kleinfelder as CEO.
